Hunhuz train consisting of two armoured carriages, locomotive and tender.
"Hunhuz" or Khunkhuz was the first train in the series and the base design for the rest of the series. This model represents the original 1914 plans, some of the trains remained in this configuration for most of the Great War, and even into the Russian Civil War.
It also has components to built it as "General Dowbor" a captured version of the train during it's Polish service. It was previously Ukrainian People's Republic train "Sichovyi Strilet", but in May 1919 it was captured by a Uhlan regiment. It was quickly patched up and temporarily named "Krechowiak", shortly after it was further repaired at Brody and renamed "Generał Dowbór".
"Generał Dowbór" would serve the Polish army with distinction in the Polish-Soviet war, supporting the Polish-Ukrainian push on Kiev against Bolshevik Russo-Ukrainian forces. The train was eventually cut off by enemy forces during a Soviet counter offensive, and despite breaking through multiple encirclement attempts the train was eventually trapped and captured in June 1920.
The trains are provided with wheels to fit O gauge or OO/HO gauge track
