An additional floor for our Folding Americana Tenement or Shop of a style common in the 19th and early 20th century.

Multiple extra floors can be added to a tenement or shop for even taller buildings.

The whole building folds away for easy storage, a 4 litre 'Really Useful Box' can hold four folded  buildings of this type.
 
Designed for 28mm models.Currently supplied unassembled and unpainted.
